New install - Serviio Service can't start

I am administrator, I've installed Serviio for the first time and the service refuses to run. It says the service ended unexpectedly. Win 7 64 bits. I have latest version of java installed. No log file created.

it seems I had to get JAVA 64 bits installed, after I've done that it worked flawlessly. But I believe a message saying to install JAVA 64 should be default. I had JAVA 32 bits and it didn't work.
