Check if subtitels are working

Hello

Is there a way to check if Serviio recognize the srt file and play the subtitles?
because sometimes he plays the subtitles
and sometimes not

and i don't know why.
I think the settings I use are ok, because as mentioned before sometimes it works
(using LG Blueray /LG TV as main device)

for LG it sends the file as it is, so it's up to the LG to decide if it's supported. look at the wiki, there is a tool to fix srt files, which might help you

thanks for the response
but SRTWiz didn't changed a thing in the srt file
(old and new are 100 % the same)

The problem is, I have no Idea if serviio is "recognizing" the file

if you enable detailed log and play the file, you should see if it found the subtitle file
