I am able to pick up other Dailymotion videos with no problem from the same user and I am able to video the above videos from multiple sources and plugin containers. Do I need to change a setting in the expiry or number of feed items to take in my settings?

It's an unexpected behaviour within the plugin. The plugin probably expects some data on the website, which it's not there anymore / for this URL.

Looks like some videos are of unsupported format (to Serviio). Thus the error.

Hey Zip....
Thanks for the help. I gotta tell you .... Swear to God.... back when I was on the other DailyMotion plugin thread, these videos were coming up. Something must have changed on the DailyMotion side.
