Serviio Console doesn't start

I have the latest version of Serviio, along with the latest Java installation on a Windows 7 64-bit system. The Serviio service is running, but I am unable to open the console at all. Pressing the button from the Start Menu has no result.

Log File is attached. I've also gone through the
FAQ and that has not helped, and my Webroot firewall has Serviio as "allowed".

Try to uninstall all Java and install the latest Java again.
