Serviio

I am receiving an error when upgrading to 1.3.1, aparently it's related to the update program trying again and again to stop one already stopped serviio service (I can see the repetitive CMD windows for closing the service).

Here is the error:

Not sure. Worst case you could uninstall and install again.

it seems to be repeating the "stop serviio service" part of the install... could you check that?
