Is it possible to make this value infinite?
Serviio uses about a minute to register that there's a stream and display the link, so I'd like to make it permanent. I set it to max (999) now so I only have the issue every 40 day or so.

Setting this too high will mean your feeds will never update with new content.

It's the same url to http stream every time so content is the same.

Do you mean a live stream?

In any case, there is no way to make it unlimited.
