Locked out of Remote

Have a problem with the server console. All fields under the Remote-tab have been greyed out and I am unable to change the values in the fields, including User Password under Security. What could be wrong? Thanks.

Your Pro evaluation license has experied, to continue using remote access you will need to purchase a license.

Admittedly the console could be clearer by showing a message, rather than just disabling it.
