Grouping different folders into one category

Hello all,

Is there any option or possibility to group categories?

Let's say I have three diffrent folders in which I do have films. Each folder is inside a different hard disk.

I'd love being able to navigate all the films without having to create Films 1, Films 2 ... folders to share to my DLNA TV...

================ EN OF THE ORIGINAL QUESTION ================

I think I've found the way to do it:

Simply activate the Films or Titles category in the Presentation tab of the Serviio console. This groups all the films in one place that I can navigate on my TV.

The only problem I see here is that this will show me even films that are in the Pictures folder (I've selected the check to be able to see the films we've made to our parrot :D ) but I would like to not have those videos mixed with the films (like the Hollywood ones I mean).

If we go back to the original question, then I still don't know how to group all let's say Hollywood films into one "virtual" group without any other films...

Is there any way to create extra categories or groups?

I mean it would be grat to be able to group folders in the library tab of the Serviio Console... (see this post (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13190&p=78630#p78630) where I'm suggesting this as a feature request)

Thank you in advance!

Not certain I follow this, but hopefully this may help:

The Titles, Movies, Series, Genre, Actors, Producers and Director categories are all populated based on Metadata information for the video.

You're parrot video's shouldn't be listed in these categories as they should not (unless you have manually created) have metadata associated with them. It must be matching something incorrectly based on the file name for these files. You could simply rename these files so they don't match, or better, tell Serviio not to gather metadata information for these folders (this is what I do for my home movies folders) - to do this, uncheck the "Retrieve Descriptive Metadata" for these folders (in serviio Console, Library, Shared Folders - uncheck the fourth checkbox under the "M" symbol and press Save).

If this does what it should, all your commercial backups will appear unders Movies, Titles, etc. Your home movies will only be accessible under the Folders category (navigate to the particular folder).
