Domain name map

(apologies if a solution has already been posted)
i currently have a http redirect in IIS 7.0 for http://www.mydomain.co.uk/serviio to go to mydomain.co.uk:23424/mediabrowser/
i was looking for a solution to point the media browser to http://www.mydomain.co.uk/serviio rather than a redirect, but unsure of changes i may need to make to physical directories or port config?
