Can't get online sources folder to show

2013-10-25 21:35:55,642 INFO [PluginCompilerThread] Added Web Resouce plugin ITVPlayer (UK only) (ITVPlayer.groovy), version: 3
so I have the latest iplayer and itvplayer plugins, and they are being loaded.

can't get an "online sources" folder to appear though, have checked both in mediabrowser web client, and android serviigo, and tv (samsung ue55c9000)
don't see anything wrong in the logs
am I missing something required to trigger the creation of the online sources folder? at what level is this folder supposed to appear?
