disappearing files on Sony Bravia

Hi, I've been happily running Serviio Pro for several months on my WHS2011 set up streaming to various devices around the home. However in the lastv week I've noticed that certain file types are no longer accessible on my Sony Bravia KD 37 EX503 tv, but remain available on other devices.

This appears only to be for files not natively supported on the tv such as HD video or wma audio.

I've not changed any settings on the tv or server and can't figure out what appears to be wrong.

I've reinstalled Serviio, attempted to try different tv profiles (default is Sony Bravia 2010) and deleted and re-added the directories with the missing/ignored files. Other supported files contained in the same directories appear and work fine.

All files worked fine a week ago. Any suggestions on where I go from here?

Mog

My first thought was that your profile has dropped off for the Bravia probably due to the IP address changing ie. it's now using the generic profile, but I see you've checked and changed profiles.

Given its only effecting non natively supported files it must be something to do with transcoding not being available. Check your transcoding settings in console in case it's inadvertently been turned off. Also check you have a viable ffmpeg.exe in the proper location (ps. both of these issues would effect the other devices' ability to see their non-natives files). If nothing comes to light post a detailed log.
