I am using Serviio on a Synology DS213j NAS. Clients are Windows 8 (running the console) and a Samsung Galaxy tab
running ServiioGo.

The music library contains nearly exclusively of wavpack (.wv) files. I want to use Serviio since wavpack support has been added and
since wavpack is not natively supported by Synology.

The library has been scanned, and I am able to replay the wavpack files with the MediaBrowser (on Win8) as well as with ServiioGo.
The problem is that the only way to access the files is folder navigation. The tracks do not appear in the artist list,
and all the other lists (genre, composrr,...). When I replay a track, no details - except the filename, are dispayed.

I used mp3tag in order to tag the files. The metadata is recognized for example by other players such as foobar.

I did not find any related information so far. What can I do?

Best regards,
Thomas.

For this file type metadata is not supported yet.

There is an open ticket
