Identifying tv Series

I am having trouble getting serviio to identify the TV series "Dragons-Riders of Berk"

I get the following errors....
2013-12-21 13:50:46,457 WARN [LibraryManager] Extractor ONLINE_VIDEO_SOURCES failed to connect to metadata source for file E:\TV Shows\Dragons- Riders of Berk\Season1\Dragons-Riders of Berk.s01e09.Dragon Flower.mkv, will try again later: Error connecting to thetvdb.com: http://thetvdb.com/api/235C8CA4529142E9 ... 1/9/en.xml

Other series were identified in the same log within minutes of these errors so I do not think it is actually a connection problem.

I used filebot to check the name. Filebot says the series should be named "Dragons:Riders of Berk". Unfortunately you cannot name a file with a ":" in it.
Searching thetvdb manually will only return results if you include the colon. If you replace it with a space or - no results are returned.
So I think it is a naming problem but that is not really what the error says. The error says it can't connect but I have connection for other files within minutes in the same log.
These errors are currently be issued by Serviio 1.4 but 1.31 was giving the same error.

I can display the series on my tv by selecting the "folder" view. But the series does not show under the "Series" heading.

Anyone have any ideas.

Here's the core of the issue

Dragons: Riders of Berk (ID 261202)
http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid ... 7758&lid=7

Whereas the metadata call is for ID 263174
http://thetvdb.com/api/235C8CA4529142E9 ... 1/9/en.xml

Why would servio check for ID 263174 which doesn't exist? No idea, I can only guess there is an invalid .nfo file or something point to this illegal ID. It can't be a naming issue since ID 263174 doesn't exist on TheTVDB, therefore cannot be a search result.

I have scanned the whole drive for any nfo files and there are none.
Thanks for your response. It was worth a try.
Still a mystery.

ID 263174 exists in thetvdb.com and belongs to a servies called "Dragons" (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=seriesfanart&id=263174).

Avoid using hyphens prior to the series and episode number. Ignoring the fact that you cannot manually search thetvdb.com if you replace the colon with a space, it will work in Serviio - try:

    Dragons Riders of Berk.s01e09.Dragon Flower.mkv
If that doesn't work for you (it did for me) try removing the hyphen from the path name as well.

Avoid using hyphens prior to the series and episode number.

I removed both dashes and everything worked fine.

Thanks for your help.
