Unknown device description / Finlux FS3-7110

I own a dvb-s2 hd receiver finlux FS3-7110 with integrated usb and upnp mediaplayer.
I see my serviio (pro, licensed) and any content.
Without pictures and descriptions, I think its because of the mediaplayer.
When I start a video some videos will start, some not. The same video can start at second try or not.
Its unstable if it will work. Mostly the receiver restarts.
Best results I got with short videos (up to 30 minutes) and with "generic DLNA" and "WDTV Live" profile.
Most of my videos are coded with h264:
I cannot find info about the player, in log it is shown like this:
I tried to use the method described in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19 but I couldn't receive more informations.
serviio is installed at a fileserver with debian wheezy (7).
Playing with mediabrowser (linux or windows, but firefox since serviio 1.4 (I have seen the forum entry to the firefox bug)) and android app works very fine for me.
Any suggestions very welcome.
