I couldnt see anything that stands out for the file - you could try remuxing it and seeing if that helps. Use the command

ffmpeg -i "E:\Server\Movies\Latino\A Single Shot.2013.DVDrip.XviD.Subtitulado.SBT.avi" -map 0 -c copy "E:\Server\Movies\Latino\test.avi"

It works Flawless fro this file
