V 1.4 no longer playing my library of Videos

Hello,

I am new to Serviio (about 3 months). since I have downloaded the new Version 1.4, I can no longer play any of my Video files that were already in my library or new files I download. I have a DNLA app with a Sharp Aquos smart TV. The files are mostly MP4, 3. I can see the movie files in the app as usual but they will not play. How do I go back to the previous Version of Serviio?? Thanks for you help

I have an old copy. It will work, but you need to delete all you browser's local files along with uninstalling serviio.

Ok thanks, I will try this. Anyone have any idea why V 1.4 will not play my library videos? or how to fix this?

Thank you very much for the old copy. This previous version works perfectly just as it did before. I hope that Serviio gets the message that the V 1.4 is not working properly. I guess there is no customer service or anything to call and get help from.

Previous serviio version are still downloadable on official site (only change version on download path).

But I don't understand what is your problem with 1.4 version, what is your DLNA "app"?

Ok thanks for the info. All I know is that my Sharp Aquos smart TV has an app called DNLA. This app picks up the movie files from Serviio. Since I downloaded the new Version 1.4, the TV no longer plays any movie files. When you select a movie on the TV through the DNLA app, the movie appears to be selected like it always has before but will not start playing. It just stays on the 0:00 minute mark and never starts.
