Hi,

I just saw that 1.4 has been released and also realized that Java is an requirement.
Is this new since 1.4 ? Was this always a requirement ? I'm running serviio since 1.2 (I guess) and never had Java installed.
What am I missing ?

Yes you did, otherwise Serviio would not work.
What is not working? Ensure you have the latest version of Java (currently 1.7.0.51) installed for your platform.

Ha ! You are right, I must have been blind, coz when I first checked the Add/Remove software section I did not see any Java ... funny.
