Issues with Denon CEOL Piccolo

Hi,

I'm using Serviio to listen to my MP3 collection with the Denon CEOL Piccolo multimedia device. The music plays fine, but two features don't work: pause and search. When I press the pause button on the remote, nothing happens. Next and previous title do work. When I press the search button and I type in a word that I know is part of the artist's MP3 Idv2 tag, no results are displayed. I've uploaded the seviio log with debug option. Since it was 20 MB in size, I stripped it down to the point where the music file is being requested.

I'm using Serviio 1.4 Pro on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, Java 6 U45.

Another issue I have when logging off from Windows: Serviio console doesn't close and Windows asks me if I want to kill the task. To avoid this behavior, I need to quit the Serviio console manually first.

Thanks,
SH

Search is not supported in Serviio.

Pause should work, so it seems like the device's problem.

Hi zip,

according to Denon they support it also:

Sorry, didn't find this page in English.
Did you implement the pause function according to the DLNA specification?
Did you have a look at the log?

Thanks,
SH

I tested my device with Mezzmo today, which worked perfectly on the PAUSE function. This is a Serviio issue, please fix it!
