Serviio

Hi guys, this is my first post here. I've been searching for info in other posts but I couldn't solve my problem.

I've a Samsung un55es8000. I'm installing serviio for the first time, here is my problem:

I added two folders, once with music and the other one with videos (a bunch of mkv, then I tried adding some mp4 and some .avi).
When I go to my tv, when I select audio y see the .mp3 without problems, but when I select video, the folder is shown but empty.

I activated the debug mode on the logs, and its like serviio doesnt detect any video file at all (The first path I:\_down\The.Blacklist.S01 is the one with the videos, the second one, the one with the .mp3 files).

Any help will be appreciated. If anyone wants the full log just let me know.

Quick check of the preliminaries - confirm that "Shared Video Files" is ticked (first of the checkboxes from the left) for the I:\_down\The.Blacklist.S01 folder in Serviio Console, Library, Shared Folders.

yes, it's checked. All the ticks are checked.

Strange...
If you put a audio file into that folder is it detected?
When checking your Video category on the TV are you looking under the Folders Category?
Try creating another folder without the underscore and sharing that (maybe its the underscore in the folder name... but doesn't seem to affect audio files??)
Is there only the two entries in your Shared Folders (I:\_down\The.Blacklist.S01 and I:\_down\Foo Fighters - Wasting Light (2CD Deluxe Edition) 2011 (320 kbps))

I may have found the problem, I'm still not quite sure why is happening. I tried adding other directory and it worked (in the same path I:\_down), the only difference with the first one is that that one was being shared through windows (I had a WD tv setup previously with windows shares). Still, I removed the first directory from the windows shares and is still not working, but I copied all the .mkv from the first directory to the second one and serviio reads all the files without problems O.o ....maybe windows needs a reboot, I don't know...but its working now =)
