Serviio

I've installed Serviio on my PC (Windows) but i can't get it to work on my Windows Phone, It won't show up and I don't know what is the address of the upnp server http://***.dynip.sapo.pt:unknow_port/unkown_path
If i can get a hold of the upnp url i'm able to configure any device

Also i like my iTunes playlists but i don't know how to configure serviio to load them

Any help?
