Hello,

My system is Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, serviio 1.4, sony bravia (2010 series)
Firefox web browser.

Installation of serviio is ok, the connection with the TV and the PC is also working but when I want to select a movie on my TV it says server temporarly unavailable;
then I checked my media browser and it shows a black screen.

I reinstalled ffmpeg, x264, ... but with no result.

My guess is that there is a problem with the mediaplayer in de mediabrowser?

all input welcommed, thanks for reading.

Most likely a ffmpeg issue. How did you install ffmpeg? Did you compile it or use apt-get?

MediaBrowser currently doesn't work in Firefox, too.

Build ffmpeg from source.
Follow this guide exactly and remember to use this ffmpeg source code
