Creating m3u video playlists for PS3
I searched the forum, and this subject has been brought up several times in the past...but none of the threads had any replies.
What I'm trying to do:
.m3u video playlist -----> Serviio -----> PS3
From what I managed to find out, PS3 does support .m3u playlists, but I haven't been able to play them.
When I put an .m3u file into a shared directory (that's listed in Serviio), the m3u file is never recognized. I can not see it from the PS3 menu. However, I also have Playstation Media Server Installed. If you look into the same shared directory via PS3 Media Server, the .m3u play list does show up, but I can't play it. PS3 says there's no content inside any .m3u files I try to play...but I think that may be PS3 Media Server problem.
Any idea how I can construct a working video playlist that I can run using my PS3 via Serviio?
Thanks
