How to stream to Xbox One?

Can someone provide me explicit, step by step instructions to stream content between the Serviio server and an Xbox one?
Serviio can see the Xbox, but the rest is a mystery.

XBO doesn't have server browser, so you have to PlayTo the server. Normally you'd install a DLNA controller app on your phone (eg BubbleUPnP, Skifta, or similar), assign the phone IP's the Xbox One profile in the console and then use the app to browse the server and send content to the console.
