None of my devices shows files to play - except Samsung BDP

I need some ideas... I have read carefully the FAQs and also searched in the forum - but when I use keywords like "windows" oder "samsung mobile" it´s not very helpful.
I have installed Serviio 1.4 on a computer with Windows 7 Professional 32-Bit. Runs fantastic. All devices (except the Samsung mobile) are connected via LAN using a 1 GBit switch from D-Link. The to the LAN attached Samsung BD-P 5100 (BluRay Player "E" Series) detects the Serviio and I can play all video files, listen to music or look at my pictures - perfect.
But none of my computers or the samsung mobile (galaxy s3 lte) will show my any items to play or show. All devices detect the Serviio service as a streaming service, but no files are shown. When I use VLC 2.x and use the hint as shown in the FAQ, the VLC program will hung up after clicking on "Univeral plug´n´play" in the "Local network" tab.
- I have disabled on all computers the Windows Media streaming services as shown in the FAQs
- All computers (4) have Windows 7 Professional 32 bit installed (in german), all legal OEM versions, correctly activated with no cracks
- All computer´s except the samsung mobile uses fixed IP addresses (IPv4 only) in the 192.168.1.x range
- The bluray-player works fine even set to fixed IP or use DHCP, no difference
- All computers and devices have no problems using internet, printers and other things in the LAN
- No special firewall programs are used, only windows firewall. I also reset them... no effect.
Any ideas?
