Media Server Replication and push to TV via DLNA

Howdy, new user here. I'm looking at setting up a system where there'll be one master media server and this will replicate to 30+ slave servers. Not sure how i'll do this but probably script it with a straight rsync and serviio service restart/reload. Now what I'm interested in is if I can push content via DLNA to a Panasonic TV. The possible case is a linux server pushing content via ethernet to one or more DLNA TVs. It'll get new content and playlists from the main server via the internet and be able to boot and autoplay a default playlist on a hard poweroff/reboot

I know I can push to a DLNA Panasonic TV with Twonky media server e.g. hit play in the twonky server console and it will play automatically on the TV (without any interaction at the tv end). Is this possible with Serviio? I couldn't see any documentation on push2tv?

And if this isn't possible yet how possible could it be if a developer was paid to make it work? 1 weeks work or 6 months? Any suggestions or other options getting this to work?

Cheers,
Ira.

What you're after is a DLNA controller. Serviio is server only. There are many UPnP/DLNA controller apps for mobiles (e.g. Skifta, BubbleUpnp, ...). Serviio might do it as well at some point (via Mediabrowser).
