I see that someones can't see files, but me, i can't see several folders...

I just installed Serviio 1.4.1.1 for windows. (windows 7)
I shared the folder "My Documents" to the libraries of photos, videos and music.

On my TV or my tablet, I found some subfolders, but not all.
For example, I do not see "my pictures" that contains my pictures, but I see some files that do not contain media.

On the other hand, when I go through the dlna server windows media player, I can see all my media files shared, and I can view "my pictures" on my TV.

I wish concerver Serviio because it can read some various formats, but it is still necessary that I can access to the folders...

Is somebody have a solution ?

Did you select Image as the file format for the shared folder My Pictures?

if yes, make sure the user running Serviio service (note, it's not the user who you are logged in as) has access to the folders.

"My pictures" is a subfolder of "my documents".
"My documents" is shared for pictures, music and video.

None of my files has a Windows restriction.
For testing, I sharde "my documents", but the result is the same.
Anyway, some subfolders of"my documents" are seen by the TV, but not the others, whereas they have the same configuration

For your second suggest, how can i know if the user running Serviio service has access to the folders ?

Your videos are shared twice, only share your Documents for all file types, or its subfolders with particular file type (eg my videos - Video, my music - Audio).
