Pro licenses will not load

Hi,

I have two Qnap NAS servers. I bought a Pro license which was working. I tried to move it to the other NAS and that is where the problems started. After that I could not get the license to work. So I bought a second license, deleted the Qpkg's off of each NAS and did a fresh install. Neither license will work. The load says it is successful on both NAS. Any suggestions?

Thanks...

I have the same problem with my QNAP TS-120. I believe it worked at one time, but hasn't for quite a while.

I don't use the PRO features so it doesn't bother me. I bought the license because I regularly use the program on my QNAP device to stream to my TV. It's just a loose thread.

Thank you for the reply. I tried to use the ServiiDroid app on my Android phone. The app sees both Qnap servers and Serviio. When I select the Advanced tab under Serviio License Info., the app is not seeing the license files in /storage/emulated/0 folder. Curious if that issue is due to the path no longer being on the Sdcard in Kit-Kat. Permissions are fine. I also tried to click on the license file in three different file manager apps, but can't see a way to associate the ServiiDroid app with my .lic files. In one file manager, it gives me a list of apps to choose from and the other two it's not an option.

I noticed that in the .lic file the property_version is 1.3.1. The version in the Qpkg is 1.4.1.2-R1. Can this cause a problem?

There seems to be a bug in the web UI.

You can upload the license via ServiDroid or command line: http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=upl ... mmand_line

The terminal commands worked perfectly. For some reason, the Android app does not see my license files.

Thanks for your help.
