Update Java or not ?

Serviio works fine on my pc (win 7 64 bit), but other programs ask me to update Java. I am currently on Java 7 update 5 64 bit.
If I accept the upgrade for the other programs will it upset serviio ?

No i don't think so! Of course please update to the latest Java 7 Version, 55 i think!

I usually download the installer from
www.java.com rather than letting it update itself. I've never had ny issues with Java updates this way. Whether it actually makes a difference is another matter
