I am wondering if there's a way to exclude a particular subfolder (or more than one) from my library without having to move it?

The situation:
My Movies folder also includes TV Shows (I'm looking to clean it up later), but the Breaking Bad files I have include all the extras/shorts/minisodes and when I want to view the list of movies, I end up having to scroll through 100+ files of Breaking Bad (going through the Movies folder in Serviio on my Sony Bravia).

Any suggestions or must I break my multimedia library down like:
- Music (and all music subfolders)
- Movies (and all movie subfolders)
- TV Shows (and all TV Show subfolders)
etc.
