Lost Remote access to server.

I have lost the remote access to Serviio, I can access whilst on the local network but not on the remote network.

I have checked all my settings and and router configuration and all is normal, I don't have any issues with accessing anything else such as my CCTV, ALARM SYSTEM, SERVER PC etc.

I have been using Serviio for 2-3 years and bought all the apps available and paid for the license as required. I have never had any issues before and through the great experience, I have recommended this to my friends, family and even some of my customers, but now I have a problem which I am unable to resolve and is causing a lot of frustration. please help!!

Do you have a static or dynamic IP address? Are you using a dynamic DNS to connect, could it have changed and failed to update, i.e. does it resolve to the correct IP address? Is the port still open on your router?

If you turn on debug logging, do you see any thing in Serviio's log when trying to connect?
