Strange issue with Metadata retrieval

So basically, for a rather stupid reason on my own part, I have to rebuild my dB.

So now, when rescanning all my files, I am getting issues like this:

2014-08-17 16:11:37,687 INFO [LibraryAdditionsCheckerThread] Added file 'twin.peaks.s01e07.720p.bluray.x264-reward.mkv' (title: Realization Time) to Library

So although in the correct format, for some files I am getting this GZIP format error......any clues? I'ts happening at random, but for many many files...........and these files were OK in the library before I screwed it up.

Even odder, when done, if I rescan video metadata after, it will read the ones with the GZIP error OK, but get the error on ones it found OK before......

Any clues?

Thanks.
