Inex.php blank, README.txt displays Ubuntu 14.04

Hi all

Attempting to run Serviio 1.4.1.2 on a headless Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Server

Apparantly installed OK and created serviioweb folder under /var/www/html folder and unzipped files from Serviio-1-4.zip into the folder.

sudo chown -R $USER:$USER /var/www/html/serviioweb/

in the command window

http://192.168.0.49/serviioweb/README.txt displays the content of the .txt file

http://192.168.0.49/serviioweb/index.php displays nothing.

What's missing, please?
