Serviio

Two questions: 1) is it possible to just place one video file from a folder into the library rather than an entire video folder? 2) after placing a folder of videos in the library, watching one on the TV, and then trying to delete that file from my computer I'm getting a message that the file has been moved; while the file appears to remain in its original location I am wondering whether Serviio's library scanning is altering anything about the file's location (I hope this is clearly enough stated). Thank you.
