Does someone have an idea, what is the problème ?

Many thanks.

A Serviio installation on a NAS is going to be marginal for any file that needs transcoding. I am not familiar with your particular TV, but if MKV files will not play native, that's likely your issue. I have two Serviio machines, one for main use and one for testing profile changes and updates. The test machine has far less power than my main machine. Even though it's still a full PC and not a NAS, I still occasionally encounter issues when files must be transcoded. Fortunately most of my players can handle almost everything I have without transcoding, but that might be your issue here.
