No videos in my library (Unknown video file type error).

Hello, I have a problem with Serviio: yesterday I added some video files to the folders that were in my library, but even after a forced check they didn't show up. After many tries I decided to delete the content of the library folder to start fresh. I added my folders again but no video is shown. I checked the log file and it's full of warnings like this:
WARN [LibraryManager] Skipping processing metadata for an unsupported file (/media/rapperskull/Volume/my_file.mp4). Message: Unknown video file type.

This happens with all kind of video files (avi, mp4, m4v, vob, mkv) and codecs (mpeg2, mpeg4, hevc (not supported yet)). How can I solve this problem?

I solved the problem recompiling ffmpeg from the how to compile ffmpeg on Ubuntu guide, not from the wiki, because the problem was that the libass library was missing.
