Serviio

Simple, I don't see subtitles (srt, txt) when I'm watching film from serviio. Everything is fine when I use pendrive. It looks like ud5007 don't see the subtitles file. I use few code systems such as utf8, ansii and it don't work. Marantz support told me, that they don't know why is it happend.

Could you please help me?
