XBOX 360 Does Not See Serviio

I know this has been asked multiple times, but none have provided a remedy for me. My computer is Win 7 64X, and Serviio sees my 360, firewall is disabled on both PC and router, and UPnP is enabled on router.

BUT 360 still does not see Serviio. I have also selected my wireless card ffrom the BOUND IP w/in Serviio...what else should I do?

EDIT ---
Matter of fact none of the other PC's on my network can see Serviio either, but the Serviio interface can see them and get the IP from them.

Uninstall, make sure to manually delete serviio folder, search registry (regedit), and delete all serviio keys. Delete all firewall entries related to serviio service and serviio console.
Reset router, shutdown all devices/pc's.

Power cycle router. Power up PC, Turn firewall back on, Right click reinstall Serviio as Admin.
Restart PC. Make sure UPnP is set to automatic in services. Make sure Serviio is set to automatic in services.
Make sure no other programs are using ports TCP 8895 and UDP 1900, thats the ports that serviio uses.
Turn on other devices/pc's.

Sounds like something went wrong with the install, but if all that doesn't work, it's a network issue, and it's probably your router. May need to forward all traffic on the
two ports above to your pc's IP address (If you have static IPs), If all that is a fail!, Buy a new router, it isn't working properly.
