Mac running on Yosemite 10.10.2
I have been using Serviio for some time now without any problems. I removed an older version and downloaded 1.5.1
If i am correct Serviio comes with two files, console and server. for some reason only the console is installing.
In my apps list there use to be two Serviio symbols and i opened both for serviio to work now i only have one symbol.
I have removed re downloaded a few times but still the same.

Starting with 1.5 Serviio installs the server into a different location than Applications and it starts automatically. FAQ: http://serviio.org/component/content/article?id=21#q18

It was also mentioned in the release notes: http://serviio.org/news/84-version-1-5-released

Next time please read the docs before spamming the forum - thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I had already read the release notes and FAQ and did all as required but still got this message.
Cannot connect to server,it does not appear to be running
Even putting command to start it in the terminal did not work
I was just about to give up but tried removing it from the terminal and re install then re start in terminal and at last ``up and running``.
