Serviio

Hi Guys, I have posted a previous query but not sure if I done that correctly so lets try again. I have used Serviio for months now and really happy with the product. I have purchased the pro addition , so that I have the capability of viewing my files over the net. A week ago, I am now not able to view all the films on the TV ( LG) . If I click on videos from the main page , all films are there, but it also shows all the series and other films. I now longer am able to view anything on my tablet, on the remote page it is greyed out. When I view this from my PS3 all films can be viewed in the correct folders.

Can anyone help

Can you see your registration details in the console? or does is say FREE?
