Restart required

I have a new Windows 8.1 machine with 1.5.1 Serviio installed. Both my Panasonic TV and Oppo Player fail to see Serviio via wireless network connection unless I restart my computer, then all is well. This also happened with my old Windows 7 pc running version 1.4.1.2. My computer is seen by both but not Serviio. Any help is greatly appreciated.
