Serviio says RtmPal.dll is missing and java is corrupt

Every time I try to start the serviio console; it tells me that RtmPal.dll is missing and that java is corrupt; which is trying to use the 32bit version that is in it's directory. I have uninstalled serviio and re-installed it to no avail. I have searched to see anyone else having this problem occur.

I do not have Skype installed. So I do not know why ServiioConsole would even try to use that dll file. Thank you for a suggestion though.

Well, I installed Skype; now I am getting ServiioConsole.exe-Entry Point Not Found-The Procedure entry point _chmod could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll I have every C++ redistribute they have made.
