because it does not appear the cover of the films, the films that do not have cover not appear on tv

I wonder also, you have a film that does not appear, only if I select to display folders.

I'll let zip talk to the IE error, but for the movie covers it means that the metadata (movie title, covers, etc) information is not being found. This is generally because the file name of the media file doesn't match the what is required by Serviio - see my post here:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=10626&p=70544#p70544. Renaming your files should fix the issue.

What version of IE are you using? Make sure its the latest.
