Serviio

Hi all

I have just upgraded to Serviio Pro last night, but was unable to use the Media Browser as all of the boxes were grayed out in the "remote" tab in the serviio console.

At work at the moment so cant do any testing till I get back.

Any suggestions please?

That sounds like the license upload didn't "take". Does the info tab show it as a licensed version with your email address? If not, try installing the license again. If it does, and it still looks like this after a reboot, then you'll need to talk with Zip. Perhaps something is corrupted in the license file.

Yes, info tab shows as a licensed version and my email address is there.

Will try the re-install when i get home

Working now.

I didn't reboot the server last night after installing the license file.

Rebooted now and all is working.
