There's only one version for each OS. It installs itself in the 64 bit Program Files folder, but it includes the 32 bit version of FFMPEG. I would not call it a true 64 bit app, as I'm sure Zip was trying to avoid any more versions than he already supports. Since so many people don't even know what version OS they are using, it's best to stick with 32 bit.
That said, if you update FFMPEG to a 64 bit version, Serviio still runs just fine and the computer seems to like it better. When transcoding I see a little lower CPU utilization with 64 bit.
