m4v m4a HEVC not working
Posted: Sat Aug 29, 2015 7:18 pmI've just recently switched to Serviio from PS3 Media Server because PS3MS couldn't play M4V or M4A files encoded with h. 265 HEVC.
Serviio states that it supports these formats and will transcode when needed. Unfortunately, when I try to access these files in any DLNA device they do not play.
I've tried, Kodi and my Samsung DLNA TV.
I have attached my log files from Kodi and Serviio. This is the media information from one of the files.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I can do?
