Probably access rights. Make sure the user running the server on the Pi has read access to the folders /NAS.

Are your files located on the same computer, or from a network share? If from the network, you likely have a permissions issue between the Raspberry and your network share. I'm unfamiliar with how permissions are set on yours, but most computers run Serviio by default as a local system service, and that service does not have permission to access network resources.
The other issue might be which profile you are using for your media player. Serviio will not list a file that it believes cannot be played, although I thought that the folder view bypassed that. What client are you using, what profile, and can you give an example of a file that isn't being shown?

I use différents folder, in the SD of the pi and in a usb disk.
I started the service with root user, so the permissions are ok (I think).
Il have tested with wmp and the folder don't appear. With my box the folders appear but not the files.
Thanks
