Hello!

How do I tell Serviio to use a different audio stream when transcoding files for the flashplayer used within MediaBrowser?

Thank you very much in advance!

Has anybody a solution for this?

Trying to watch anime over the web browser, but it uses the japanese language and gives me no option to change....

To my knowledge there's no way to tell Serviio the audio track to use. This is true regardless of player, including Media Browser. While I imagine it could be possible, it would require a significant amount of programming effort, and in all likelihood used very little.

I would suggest that you modify your files to move the desired audio track into the number one position, which would then be the audio used by Serviio. Depending on the file type, there are a number of programs that can do this without degrading the quality of the file.

I am sorry to necro this thread, but it just crossed my mind again and such a feature would be super handy for me... again

Please tell me if I am wrong, but from my understanding any transcoding is being handled by ffmpeg and I am sure there is a command line switch for ffmpeg to specify the audio track.

I do not care for a GUI solution, as far as I am concerned a simple config-file edit would do for me.

I am a man of simple needs, all I need is a way to override the command line of ffmpeg with custom parameters :?
