OSX: My Mac has two HDD's 2nd HDD not recognised

I have an iMac with two HDD's I ma using the second HDD to store media files. I have set the permission on the second drive to "everyone can read and write". When I use the add local button in Library it defaults to the default HDD and does not allow me to add the second drive, so I can't share it. If I use the add path link I am adding "/Server/Movies" in to the box. When I go to my TV and browse Server/Movies it says there is no content. If I make up a fictitious path I get the same message, so it appears as though Servo is note correctly recognising /Server/Movies as a valid path.

Any suggestions would be welcome. I think I have eliminated permissions and I think the path is correct I don't know what else to try.

I also had this issue. Correct path to other HDDs is /Volumes/<hdd name>

Example: my second hdd is called 'hdd', so I entered path /Volumes/hdd

In your case I believe full path would be /Volumes/Server/Movies

Perfect, thanks. I wish they had documented it, it would have saved me a lot of time.

well, it has nothing to do with Serviio: that's a 'feature' of OS X.

but it's a shame that you can't select other HDDs in Serviio. (Java limitations?)
