Not all videos being seen
Posted: Fri Jul 22, 2016 3:29 pmI've ripped some DVDs - all in the same format - 12 episodes of a TV programme - but only 4 of them are seen by Serviio. Twonky sees them all. How can I get Serviio to see them?

Posted: Fri Jul 22, 2016 3:45 pmI've solved it by putting numbers in front of each file, 01, 02, 03 etc. They were then immediately seen by Serviio. But why would that work? And why did it see some before I did that?

Posted: Fri Jul 22, 2016 4:29 pmIt's probably related to how you've named the files. It should be like this for the best results: "Star Trek S01E27 - The Alternative Factor.m2ts"
If the series has had more than one version (for example Hawaii Five-O), there can be some confusion about which version you have. For my example, I had use the letter O instead of the number 0 in the title.
