Enabling burned-in subtitles disables the audio stream

As the title says, I was trying to watch a movie with the original audio and subtitles (Toshiba Regaza, W7x64)
At first, there were subtitles were not working, so i checked the "Enable burned-in subtitles"
As soon as I did that, they started working, but I was unable to switch the movies audio stream on my TVs remote to the one I needed (it say "No other audio streams available").
When I unchecked the "Enable burned-in subtitles" box again, I could switch the audio stream from remote, but, as you guessed, I was getting no subtitles.
Any way to have this both to work same time?

TY all in advance.

Next version (1.7) should support this - provided that your TV supports selection of different audio streams in transcode (mpeg2) files.
